i just dont know what happened, slid my hand in its gill and before i could pinch from both sides the fish just clamped down and freaked. I tried not to pull my thumb out because it prolly would have been worse...Bloody mess, needed stitches...stuck…
Dude i did the same thing..mine looked identical to that..maybe a little more fat hangin out..lol Bleedin so bad i had to use my shirt as a bandaid..I've used gloves on the bigguns since that day
Whats up! Slaying any muskies on pewaukee on tip-ups. Ha! I wonder if there is anyone trying to get any through the ice. It would be sweet to hand line a slob on a tipup. anyway see ya
Joe!
You really know your party girls! Very cool! I haven't done that much night
fishing at Pewaukee. But, both times it was productive! Muskie was caught
along with huge, huge White Bass! (that a person never sees during the day)!
J. Murphy!
I assure you Pewaukee Lake is something worth trying! especially late
after spawn! It is where I caught 7 Muskies in one day! So, far...I haven't
been able to shatter my record not even in Vilas Co.!
Yes! J. Murphy!
People have called "The Big P. a mudhole, it sucks out there, etc." That is where
I'll be most happy to demostrate a cool new lure, etc.! Trolling 350 yards South of
Rocky Point is where C. Wilson Fish is! It mosts sincerely rocks out there! And there
is always action, a couple of follows, big fish caught, etc.
Definitelly post the pics dude! thats what its all about. Good to hear you guys are gettn it done. We get the same early ice action here. Just waiting for 2 inches of ice to get out on. Most people are looking at us like we're nuts for goin out there, but they miss out on the kick ass first ice bite. We've got an awesome lake here where we get a few musky, lots of good pike and MONSTER bass on tip ups using suckers. No one else is even tryin it! Its about that time any day now so Ive got that to look foreward to. I hear you on the unemployed shit too man, Ive been outa work way too long. All the time in the world to fish and no money to do it! Good luck to you guys and keep me up on your season. Peace.
