SOUNDS LIKE SAL NEEDS SOME HOOKS STUFFED IN HIS YAP!! ANY FISHERMAN THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL TO THE MUSKY SHOULD THROW THERE ROD IN THE DAM GARBAGE. I ALSO HAVE SEEN IDIOTS MISTREAT MUSKY WHERE I LIVE AND DO NOT APPROVE OF IT. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPEN…
Congrats on the Ironman Nick, Team of the year is huge, great job again. I shouldn't have been so set in my original plan...oh well, that's the way it goes, live and learn. It was great to meet you, I'll look forward to talking to you sometime soon. Take care, John
Hey Nick, Lake St.Clair has been a good lake for years, but it seems that in the last 3 years the numbers and size of the Musky have exploded!!! Trolling for 6 to 7 hours, potential to pick up 10 to 12 fish. If you are ever planning to head this way to fish St.Clair, I'm on the water 4 or 5 days a week and always have an open spot! Keep your hooks in the water.
Thanks man, 6 is about average for you now right?!? lol! I had a couple shots at some BIG ones this morning on the raider but just kept missing the hooks.
Hey Nick, check out the pics of my brother in laws Chain 49" from 6-30-09. Great night of fishing too bad the frenzy ended :( Catch you on the water soon.
Thanks Nick. I caught her two Sundays ago with Mike Smith--not sure what water temps are as I have mostly been fishing up North. Tough luck this past weekend. I was hoping you guys were going to hold on. Savtiski and I caught one prefishing and saw around 12 fish Sat./Sun. We just couldn't turn the follows into bites. Heading up Minocqua area lakes this week. Hopefully the muskie gods are kinder.
Hey Nick - Saw you on G.B. Sunday. Kevin Rand and I were in the green, gold and white 620 Ranger. He emailed me that you got a pig on Monday. That's a great weekend. We got some walleyes and a monster drum - I guess all the muskies were following your boat. Way to go !!
